Sara and JT were married on October 1 at Monte Sano Lodge in Huntsville on what may have been the most perfect day of the year for their Lord of the Rings inspired wedding! Friends and family gathered wearing festive garments that fit in the Tolkien times. Sara’s gorgeous green gown was custom made and fit her like a glove. For once the groom actually had a more complicated outfit! JT’s boots laced up more than Sara’s dress! All of the fabulous details came together and created such a magical wedding. The weather was flawless (in the 70s and sunny as could be!), and everyone was so incredibly happy to be celebrating the day with these two!

This is the best wedding EVER. I love that your photography focuses on the uniqueness of the couple and not just the cliche picturesque idea of love. There are tons of ‘beautiful’ weddings, but very few actually make me wish I could have been there.

I love this :) The guy that I’m currently kind of seeing and I have been looking at LOTR weddings because both of us want one :) I found this site and fell in love with it just about as much as I’ve fallen in love with the offbeat bride. This gave us a ton of ideas, thank you :)
