Often times we are incredibly grateful to witness the marriage between two souls, starting with their engagement. Occasionally we are blessed to capture the beginning of a new life. Once we’ve even shot a “do over” session. Annie and Shane came to us with another first for White Rabbit Studios, but it wasn’t until we met with them and chatted before we learned how lucky we were. Shane and Annie have been married for 8 years, and have never had their photos taken – not even when they eloped! Hearing that fact made me actually stop in my tracks and tell them thank you. We are beyond honored to have been the ones to have these two in front of our cameras for their photo debut!

Madeline and Coby’s “day after” session was more like a “do-over” session. After getting in contact with us, we were thrilled at the opportunity to provide the memories to complete Madeline and Coby’s wedding album. Even two years later these two were just like newlyweds and they had us swooning all afternoon! With little to no direction, they held each other close and fell into the perfect poses that highlighted their love for one another. The darling town of Mooresville as our setting couldn’t have been more perfect!

We met up with Sarah and Allen after their big day to photograph them in their snazzy wedding attire. Day after sessions are a fun and relaxed way to capture just the bride and groom, especially if your wedding day doesn’t allot the time or the weather didn’t cooperate. We spent the sunset-filled evening giggling with Sarah and Allen and swooning over their sweet glances and big smiles.

Stefanie and Drew are the coolest — we knew as soon as we walked into their music-poster-bedecked home that we’d get along wonderfully! These two hail from Kentucky but have lived in Alabama for a few years. Their favorite bands reads like a list Ashley or I could have written, and their mutual book collection is impressive, to say the least!

We shot at quite a few spots — their home, Brahan Springs Park, and Lowe Mill. The weather was a little chilly (it was truly the beginning of winter), but everyone was a good sport and the photos are delicious!

Julia and Eric’s e-session took place in darling spots around Decatur! We started in the lovely Delano Park before making our way to the docks for some romantic river side shots! These two naturally fell into lovey-dovey poses every time we held up our cameras, without hesitation. It’s always wonderful to be able to capture such a pure emotion between two friends! We can’t wait to celebrate their wedding with family and friends…and witness their start of a new life together!
