On the Fourth of July I was lucky enough to capture not one, but two, couples tying the knot! Noel and Jonathan had a midday ceremony on Green Mountain and Johnny and Lydia exchanged vows at the lovely Lowe Mill Arts and Entertainment that evening. My husband and I call Lowe Mill home to both of our businesses – White Rabbit Studios and Vertical House Records. To say I love this place would be an understatement! It’s my home away from home, and it was such an honor photographing such dear friends!
Johnny and Lydia are amazing! Both are extremely photogenic and hilarious, which is such a great combination! We spent some time exploring the grounds of the Mill taking photos of them, their family, and their sweet pup, Puddles. When it was time for the ceremony, Lydia’s father walked her through the breezeway to greet her soon-to-be husband! It was a short and sweet exchange of vows, sealed with a sweet kiss! The party immediately began with a BBQ dinner and live music from Raidy and the Erasers (comprised of even more friends). Once the sun set, guests shot off fireworks to celebrate the newlyweds and the Nation’s Independence! What an incredible wedding to have witnessed and photographed!
