We met up with Tim and Rachel in downtown Huntsville on a Sunday evening — the absolute PERFECT time to be there! Since just about everything’s closed at that time, hardly anyone was around. We had free reign to watch these two cutify the city and capture a bit of it as well. Tim and Rachel came to us via Chris and Michelle (the parents of Jonas!), and we’re glad they did — these two have some amazing chemistry!

OOH, Fall! How we love you!!

The autumn leaves at Green Mountain were the perfect backdrop for Erin and Jonathan’s recent engagement session. The pair of lovebirds were completely at home and relaxed at the spot, even though they had never visited before. We loved getting to know them, and want to send a special shout-out to Erin’s photography class at Grissom! :)

These two are toying around with the idea of running away together somewhere exotic and fun to get hitched, but we will be seeing Erin again in the future for her bridal session!

We were thrilled when we first met with Chrissy and Shay–Shay is a magician (for REAL), and Chrissy is a fellow Huntsville photographer, so we knew we would be working with fun people. These two are getting married in October (You guys! SO CLOSE!), and we are, as always, eagerly anticipating the gorgeous wedding day.

Chrissy had to cope with a little jitters (it’s weird being on the other side of the lens!), but after that–our session was smooth sailing! The couple opted to shoot at our favorite spots, Lowe Mill. Since the mill is always evolving, we’re always afforded different backgrounds and locations for every session we shoot there.

April and David are getting married in June at the Mitchell Plantation, and we can’t wait! With their “under the stars” ceremony and infectious cheery dispositions, this wedding is looking like it will be an awesome experience.

The two were pretty lax about shoot locations, so Ashley and I dreamed up a session near and around Lincoln Elementary in Huntsville.

April is also a photographer, so we thought it would be fun if David snapped a few shots of her–on the OTHER side of the camera!

Amy and Randell are the dream White Rabbit Studios couple: creative, energetic, and slightly offbeat–all things that we love! We were super excited when we met with the two of them, as their love and affection for one another is more than obvious and makes for an excellent photo-taking environment.

Amy brought tons of props with her, including a picnic basket, flowers from their garden, and, just to make the picnic authentic, a bottle of wine. We ventured to Monte Sano first, and then to the backyard of a friend who has a gigantic, and brilliant, red barn that was just sitting there, waiting for us to shoot it.

Since Amy and Randell will be married next month, and we met the two of them too late to book it, we won’t get to shoot the wedding. However, we loved this session and getting the chance to get to know them.
