As I sit here and type this, I can see gorgeous flakes of snow falling freely…and while Alabama doesn’t see snow often, and we always get excited even with the smallest amount, I can see why – it’s SO pretty! We are hoping the snowfall sticks around tomorrow night, as we have a lovely wedding to capture…and what could be prettier than a blushing bride in the winter wonderland?

On a different, but still exciting, note we are pleased to introduce a new name to this crazy world of wedding biz: Hi-Fi Weddings! This idea came about last year, but was a fleeting one…at first. Upon more thought and research (and dreams), I knew something was pulling me to start it. Hi-Fi Weddings will be a blog and inspiration source for brides and grooms to share and gather information about songs at weddings. While we will welcome music of all sorts, we’d like to really spotlight couples that really spend time and focus on the music for Their Big Day. I know that’s what I (Ashley) did! I spent weeks upon weeks compiling our playlist. And although blogs weren’t really around as much in 2006, I still haven’t found one that is solely dedicating to music – until now! Voila!
